Virtually none. Swelling and needle marks at the injection sites typically fade within a few days to a week — some patients choose a scarf or higher collar in the meantime, but there's no reason you can't go about your day as usual.
The most common side effects are mild pain, swelling, and bruising in the treated area, especially after the first sessions. Severe reactions are rare; your provider will review your full medical history before treatment to keep you safe.
